The Program

Mission

ProtectHer believes in order to safeguard the dorm rooms, we first must activate the power and influence of the locker rooms. And with 1 out of every 5 young women on campus being the victim of sexual assault on U.S. college campuses, the need for this program has never been greater. By recognizing the greatest influencers on campus, male athletes, and speaking to them in a relevant way, ProtectHer is directed at being the only sexual assault prevention curriculum targeted to make tidal change.

Our Promise

Teaming up with coaches, activists, experts, award winning filmmakers and award winning curriculum writers; the ProtectHer program’s goal is to create the solution that coaches and athletic directors and administrators can’t afford not to purchase. ProtectHer aims to change the culture around sexual assault by redefining “locker room talk.”

The Solution

The ProtectHer Program is the first curriculum of its kind, meeting athletes where they are, using the language they use, in a sports and entertainment vein they want to see.

The ProtectHer Program is comprised of four parts: Part one is a 50-minute documentary, and parts two through four have several mini-documentaries each, to be viewed in conjunction with an activity and discussion. It also comes with a moderator’s guide to support the facilitator for each locker room team.
